We find the right person
From our own vetted network. We show you the real progress of the search, and never an arrival time before a professional has accepted.
You get one quote
Scope, labour, materials, fees, what's not included, the deposit, the arrival window and the cancellation terms, all in naira.
You pay the deposit
Bank transfer is the default, card works too. Small jobs can be paid on completion; events and bigger jobs are paid in stages.
You follow it live
Assigned, on the way with a live map, arrived, in progress, then complete with photos as evidence. Any extra charge needs your approval first.
You confirm, then pay the balance

Three ways a job is booked

Each service uses the mode that fits it. You don't have to choose: we pick it from what you tell us.

We look for vetted professionals who are nearby and available now, and offer them the job with a short time to accept.
If nobody accepts, we widen the search and tell you so. You only see an arrival time once someone has actually accepted.
Typical: lockouts, burst pipes, a car that won't start, a generator down before guests arrive.

You choose a date and time. We check who is available and send a quote before anything is booked.
Pay the deposit to confirm, and we tell you when they will arrive.
Typical: cleaning, AC servicing, gele on Saturday morning, a babysitter for Friday night.

Events, Beauty, Content, Social, Hospitality, Staffing, Fix & source

You give us a brief. A FIXXA specialist builds one consolidated quote covering every professional involved.
The work is broken into milestones and you pay in stages as each one is reached.
Typical: weddings, asoebi for a whole family, renovations, a monthly social media retainer.

Because that's the part we're good at. We match the job to the person we trust most for it, and we answer for the result.

Always FIXXA. Once a booking is confirmed a protected chat opens. Your number isn't shared, and neither is theirs.

Any extra charge needs your approval in the app first. Silence is never approval.

When the job is marked complete you confirm it or open a dispute. The payment settles only after that.
