Questions
What extra checks do nannies go through?
Every childcare professional needs a verified guarantor, a police character report and childcare references before they can take a FIXXA booking.
Can I meet the nanny before the booking?
Yes. You can ask for a short introduction call once the booking is confirmed and before the first visit.
Does FIXXA monitor the booking?
No. We do not watch bookings live. You stay responsible for your child's care arrangements; our safety centre is there if something goes wrong.
Need childcare sorted?
Describe it in a voice note, a photo or a few words. We come back with a price.
