Cancellation and refund policy

Cancel at any time at no cost. Any deposit paid is refunded in full.

Scheduled jobs: free cancellation up to [24 hours] before the start time; after that, a fee of up to [X% of the deposit] may apply to cover the professional's time.

Instant jobs: once a professional is on the way, a call-out fee of up to [₦X] may apply.

Cancellation terms are set out in each quote, because vendors may have already bought materials or turned down other bookings. Paid milestones for work already delivered are not refundable.

If we can't find a professional or must cancel, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid for that booking.

Refunds go back to the original payment method or bank account, usually within [5–10 working days]. Paystack fees may be deducted where permitted. [Confirm with counsel.]
