Terms of service

FIXXA is a managed service operated by [registered company name and RC number to be added], a company registered in Nigeria. These terms apply when you use the FIXXA website, app or WhatsApp channels to request services in Nigeria.

FIXXA receives your request, prices it, and arranges for an independent, vetted professional to carry out the work. Professionals are not FIXXA employees unless stated otherwise.

You agree not to contact professionals introduced by FIXXA to arrange work outside the platform for [12 months] after a booking.

Each job has a written quote in naira, listing scope, fees, exclusions, deposit and cancellation terms. A booking is confirmed when you accept the quote and pay any deposit.

Extra charges require your approval in the app. Payments are processed by Paystack. FIXXA does not hold funds in escrow.

When a professional marks a job complete, you may confirm it or open a dispute within [48 hours]. If you take no action, [the process for automatic settlement to be defined by counsel].

FIXXA is not an emergency service. In an emergency call 112, or 767 in Lagos. FIXXA does not provide continuous monitoring of bookings.
